What founders ask about Design.
Can I make it look like the rest of my site?
Yes. Crumbr reads the colours and fonts your site already uses and starts the blog from them. From there you set colours, fonts, logo, favicon and button shape, in light and dark. Pick a layout for the blog and one for posts, and a cover style so every post gets its own image in the same look. You see each change on a real page before you save it.
Where do the posts actually live?
On your own site, at yourdomain.com/blog, or at blog.yourdomain.com if you prefer. Not on ours. That matters twice over: the credit search engines give those pages builds up on your site instead of ours, and a reader clicking from a post to your signup page never leaves your domain. Of the two, /blog is better for search, because it shares the ranking your site has already earned.
Will yourdomain.com/blog work with my website host?
If your host lets you add a forwarding rule, yes. We give you the rule to copy for nginx, Apache, Caddy, Netlify, Vercel and Laravel, and a Cloudflare Worker for any site whose DNS is on Cloudflare. Site builders like Wix, Squarespace and Webflow cannot forward a path, so on those the blog goes on blog.yourdomain.com instead.
Will AI tools like ChatGPT find my posts?
Nobody can promise an AI tool will quote you. What we do is make every post easy for them to read and credit: metadata search engines understand, a link to every heading, a sitemap that stays current, and an llms.txt file written for AI crawlers. All of it on your domain, so the credit lands on your site.
